Welcome to PT.net.

cam, intake, tune, headers back. I see that you have a superchips programmer but you can get a better tune it you use on of the following tuners Blackbear, Nelson, or Wheatley.

Nice looking truck.

think i should see good gains if i just buy and intake cam and headers? i like the programmer.. becouse i can change it on the fly.. got the old ladie a trailblazer ss.. so i can change the programmer to hers anytime. i like the idea of that.. but back to my truck cam intake and headers.. would it be worth the gains? or should i just save more money and do the supercharger?

Well do headers back, cam, and CAI, you will notice a power difference. Or you can just save for a supercharger.

The tune and headers alone will make a huge difference, especially up top. If you're doing all the labor yourself you could probably get a cam as well for $2000 total.

That depends on whether you do the labor or you pay for labor. If you do the labor: Cam, LT headers, CAI, underdrive pulley, mail order tune for under 2K. Don't waste money on an intake as the trucks already have a better intake than the C5 or C6 or the F body.

Depending on the cam you get, i'm not sure the superchips will be able to tune for it.

You'll need a good tune to get benefit of the mods you want. Especially the cam! A torque converter will likely be needed to compliment your choice of cam as well. For 2k Id do the Lt's, Cai, gear and tune for the most bang for the buck. You start doing cam, supercharger etc... you will HAVE to upgrade your transmission!!
