I have a friend with a complete lq9 out of a 2004 SSS he was thinking about selling. I was curious what you guys thought it was worth. 122k miles complete including all accesories.

Depends where you are I guess. Buddy of mine just bought an 04 LQ9 from an Escalade complete with 70000 miles for $1100. It had all accessories, PCM, harness etc.

But then it seems south of the border people pay exorbitant amounts of money for them so who knows.

That's a good deal,around here you would be lucky to find an iron head LQ4
for $2000!I should make a trip to Alberta and bring a few back...

Yikes. I have contemplated it seeing what guys down there pay for this stuff. I can pick up low mileage complete LS2 rod equipped LQ4's for around the $1500 mark all day long..... less obviously if you look. That LQ9 was a good deal here too but it's not unreasonable.

I bought a complete less accesories 40000 mile LQ9 for $2000 2 years ago and that was too much..... but it was legit, with a warranty from a local wrecker. I still haven't done a thing with it and it makes a nice shop ornament but hey why not, lol.

Want me to start sending you ads for engines you may want to import, lol.

LS stuff can be had cheap here.... trucks included. And I love it!

If it makes ya feel better I bought a brand spanking new LQ 9 from Scoggin dickey about four yrs ago for 3500 but that was brand new (not remaned ) and was intake to pan and all in between
