Brian, I had to "customize" my kit to fit it on my 2500HD the system and instructions are really designed for a 1/2 ton truck, which the 1500HD is not, the only thing ProCharger added to my kit was some longer down tubes to clear the bigger frame but there was no instructions on how to mount the intercooler on a HD vehicle, just had to figure it out myself. I ended up drilling and tapping the tubular brace just behind the bumper and Modifying (cutting) the the bracket that came with the kit to mount the rear of the intercooler. Here is the only pic I have available, and I only have internet available at work right now so uploading more pics is not really an option for me.

BTW - Check your PM....

there seems to be a weld/joint just in front of the rear axle, you can see it in the second picture.

Brian - Those are some great pictures and info. Thank you.

Do you mind if some/all of the pics are used in a "FAQ" about the differences in the different frames?

it was a surprise to me too.

I always thought the 1500HD and 2500 used the light frame, but they use the 2500HD frame from the front to the rear axel... then it gets small.
