Default 2002 Yukon XL

Does anyone know what the fuel pressure should be for a 2002 Yukon XL with 5.3 liter engine? It has the dual fuel option, ethanol or unleaded gas. The problem with the vehicle is whenever it gets over 4000 rpm's in drive, it starts to miss. It refuses to shift to second gear at 5000 rpm, it just stays there until you let of the pedal and then shifts into second gear. I'm thinking maybe the fuel pressure is dropping off at those rpm's.

That's not fuel pressure problems. Sounds like the pcm or tranny.
