Question 2 of these plugs don't look like the others

Ok, some of you probably saw my post about my #4 plug melting off the ground strap. I replaced all the plugs and have been checking them off and on over the last week. Well, plugs from cylinders 2 and 4 dont look right to me. Look a little lean for some reason? The others are fairly dark which I assume is because of being alittle rich since I am boosted. I also know I have some oil on some plugs, but that does not concern me near as bad as 2 and 4 being so light colored. I took 2 different pics of all the plugs so you can see the color difference from one side to the next. I have done a fuel injector balance test which came out fine. I also did a cylinder power test which checked fine. I have not done a compression test or leak down test. Now, let me hear all your thoughts and opinions to what could cause this.
Thanks,
Randy

Did you check the gap on them?

It looks like they where buning hotter than the rest, but IDK what would cause that other than gapping...

My guess would be dirty or faulty injectors as well. 2 & 4 being side by side could have a head gasket problem between the two and there is a little water intrusion causing the whiting. That would show up on a compression test of course.

Question

Is the heavy oil build up on the plugs normal? I would be concerned with those as well.

I did an injector balance test with the tech2 and they checked fine. One thing I thought of doing is move those 2 injectors to see what happens. Was also thinking possible head gasket leaking or maybe an intake gasket leak since those cylinders are side by side. Will try and get a compression test done this week and see whats up there.

I am unfamiliar with a "balance test". I'd imagine it just measures how it is operating electronically, if so it couldn't measure if it is clogged or has a blockage on the inlet side of the injector. Just brainstorming here.
Do the old fashioned carb cleaner/ether test when it is idling to find a vacume leak around the intake ports.
