I just tried some kooks 1 7/8 super competition LT's off of 02 T.A. Paseenger side went on perfect but driverside wouldnt fit, i even tried beating it in just a little to clear but it still rubbed, and wouldnt clear the engine crossmember..

Dunno if this helps at all but Banker099 has or had a set of TSP f body headers on his, I believe they were 1 7/8. Maybe see if they sell a 2" set.

2" F body kooks here. Driver side fit fine, passenger side hit the frame to the point it had to be notched. Also, had to cut the ears off the trans on both side. nothing to it.

I have 1-7/8" to 2" Kooks f-body headers and my #6 primary tube barely touches the pass side frame which you can see in the following pic. You will also have to get creative with the y-pipe.

what the hell kind of motor are you planning to need 2" headers for? i think you'll be fine with 1 7/8 headers. 1 7/8 stepped to 2" max. 1 7/8 will fit better due to the 3" collector. my stepped headers with a 3.5" collector was extremely close to the frame because it was 3.5 and i reduced it to 3" anyways.
