I'm running a 3" pulley with no problems,I have a 2.75" pulley I'm planning to use with my new 402.The 3" pulley gives 9 1/2 to 10 lbs of boost with my current 5.3.

If it were me .. I would stick with a 2.9" pulley. I think it was BenKey that said he made more power with it than the 2.7 pulley.

Well I just did the 4L80 swap and my truck feels sooo sluggish and I was just thinkin maybe I would put the 2.75 on there till I got the 408 and F1R on there, but I dont want to blow up the 5.3.

I cant stand it. It just feels soo much slower maybe I will mess around with the edit tonight. We will see. But as of now im thinkin about taking the blower off and putting the fast intake on there and puttin 150 worth of bottle on there till the motor gets here.

Don't forget that was in his SS with the 6.0L LQ9. The Radix for that motor comes with the 3.3 pulley stock, versus the 3.4 for the 5.3L motor. Smaller pulley on the 6.0L because more cubes mean more blower to get the same psi. That 2.9 on Ben's motor might translate into a 3.0 ona 5.3L.
