Went out Sunday with the wife an 3 kids. Pull up to a red light and a SCSB Yellow dodge pulls up next to us. Light turns green we start off easy. He has a kinda loud exhaust on it. At about 20MPH we both nail it. Ole stock tahoe pulls about a bumper on him. Car pulls out in front of us I slow down, he whips in behind me and then does the old ricer fly by. Man that was great. Got beat by the family truckster!!!

 

Good kill,How pissed off did the wife get?I bet the guy in the Dodge was pissed,nobody ever thinks a Tahoe is fast.

 

Wife was actually smiling. 5 year old was laughing and the the twins, well they are only 3 months old.

 

Sounds like you have a really cool wife,mine used to be like that but after 27yrs they start to think everything you do is"so juvenile".Mine won't even ride in my Tahoe.

 

I beat a 6 speed 94-97 z28 convertible in my suburban, and a bunch of other cars, no one thinks suv's are fast. There like the only things with v8s anymore.
