Well, There are a lot of company that offer roller rockers for a SBC and there not too much money. As for the cam, you have to buy a cam and roller rockers and it's not cheap for the minimal gains you get.

I's stick with a flat tappet cam unless your building a motor to run a lot in the 7000+ range and just throw a set of roller rocker (not bigger then 1.6) on it.

I ordered a set of 1.6 rockers from summit last week to go along with my MPFI setup on the buggy... I heard on coloradok5 that the summit ones are good so I thought I'd give em a try. I personally dont like the stock stamped rockers.
