Default 140,000 mile LS1 engine leak down results

a little history behind the motor. previous owner ran this motor with a 237/242, .603"/.609", 113 LSA and a 15o shot of nitrous in his 99 camaro.

since ive had it, its had a 226 cam with patriot stage 2 heads and a 231/239 .617/.623 111+2 lsa cam with a 150 shot. this motor has had atleast 200lbs of nitrous blown through it.

and for the leak down results...

cylinder 2 7% cylinder 1 7%
cylinder 4 5% cylinder 3 8%
cylinder 6 7% cylinder 5 6%
cylinder 8 7% cylinder 7 9%

i am happy to say the least. i did find one issue though. i guess this is what i get for running about 10 bottles of nitrous through on the same set of plugs plugs lol.

That motor is in great shape for so much nitrous. Is this on stock pistons and rings?

have you ditched the PVC system yet? blowing the dip stick tube out sounds like to much crank case pressure... I would just put filters on the vavle covers
