Default 14' 6.2 TVS2300 and Headers question

Hey guys, new here, but have lurked for a while. I currently have a 14' High Country with the 6.2 and a tvs2300. This next monday, I am having headers and high flow cats installed, along with a custom tune (finally ditching the canned tune that came with the blower). My curiosity has gotten to me and was wondering if anyone has had experience with this set up and can possibly give some insight into the hp/tq numbers I might see. I have never had the truck on the dyno. The canned tune from edelbrock just seems like it is holding a lot back. Well, thanks for any input you guys might have. Just an fyi, this new year, I'm planning on a cam swap so I can get enough fuel delivered to be able to pulley down.

Not sure exactly what you can expect to be honest... but the gains will be there. If it was me I would drop a pulley size while I was at it.

^. Yup. Nows the perfect time to add 1 or 2 psi if you are having a real tune put on it.

The issue I have is fuel delivery. I'm not sure I can support the fuel needs without doing a cam swap. That's what I have gathered from reading up on the 6.2 out of the C7, which is basically the same motor. All the C7 vette guys that are supercharged are having to do cam swap to get more fuel delivered to support the smaller pulley. I have smaller pulley that I can swap on there, a 3.250. I just don't want to blow a motor because of the fuel system close to being maxed out. I might ask the tuner to do the pulley swap, see how eveything looks and if not comfortable with it, just swap back. Not sure if he will charge me for basically tuning 2 vehicles though, since he would, have to do the tune twice if there is not enough fuel. Thanks for your input guys! Much appreciated

6psi typically adds about 100-150hp to the stock number if that gives you a ballpark.

You'd upgrade the injector size to get more fuel, not swap a camshaft.

These Direct Injected engines are completely different than the previous gen 6.2. Pretty sure I need a cam swap and upgraded Pump from the C7 Z06 (LT4).

Yea the high pressure pump is driven from the camshaft. There arent any upgrades currently for the DI injectors from what I can tell.

Additionally, you'll probably need to use an FPCM from the C7 as well.
