Hell maybe the tranny is slipping...

But those IAT's are showing hot air is getting into the intake only meaning the intercooler isn't cooling to me. Empty, not pumping, etc

Get a log of timing numbers and **** too.
intercooler is full and pumping...

Your MPH is a very good indicator that your dyno sheet you posted in the other thread is pretty accurate. With my Z06 cam I did 14.6@93mph 2.0 60' but I weigh more than you. With my new cam I am about 320rwhp (tuned now) and trapping 95-96mph and 14.3ish.

But the problem is you should be MUCH faster than me with a bunch more TQ and HP soooo. Yes what you ran is bad but not your fault. I still think something is wrong with the blower as per the other thread. To bad you dont have a way of monitoring air right at the blower outlet Then you could easily tell if it is the blower or intercooler.

No, I have a bad feeling it is the blower.

So are we all in agreement that it is the Intake Air Temps that is killing the power???

I think you should do one of two things.
1. Take the kit off (tedious I know) and send it back to Magnacharger and have them inspect it and fix whatever is making that noise.
2. Take the truck to Magnacharger and have them check everything and throw it on a dyno. I hear their customer service is a big selling point so make use of it.
With that amount of money invested, I would want it to work.
Good luck.

They said if it is still working odd, after another 300 miles they will send me a new blower for it.
