I haven't touched the fuel tables yet with the exception of changing commanded AFR to 13.8 from 14.6....I realize this will cause an increase in fuel flow but I didn't think it would put me at 112% duty cycle @ 5800rpm . I commanded a lower AFR because I'm having all kinds of false knock issues and I had to zero out the base knock retard table to get rid of it (more on that later) and I wanted a slightly safer AFR to work with.

some help here would be appreciated.......
When you say you changed the commanded AFR to 13.8 from 14.6, are you saying that you re-defined the Stoich AFR value? If that is the case, then you need to go through and scale your PE multiplier values accordingly, as well as adjust the O2 switch point, as when you're in closed loop mode, your fuel trims will still try and adjust your "average" exhaust reading to 450mv.

With stoich at 14.6, a PE multiplier of 1.2 would yield 12.1:1 AFR
With stoich redefined to 13.8, a PE multiplier of 1.2 would yield 11.5:1 AFR

I think maybe your tune is running a bit rich and I know for a fact your MAF tables are not what they should be. The MAF should read no more than 60lbs. How much boost are you seeing?
I see 11.5 to 12 PSI on the guage at 5800rpm. We are running slightly rich since I am still running stock fuel pump and we want to protect the 5.3L at 12psi. But I also have a wideband on order so we will know more shortly. At that point I think we go speed density unless I get the LQ9 built before that. And you are correct we sent the 13500HZ fail out the window and tweaked the MAF table. We are still throwing timing at this thing to see what it will take. So far 22* and no KR. Bud8Fan, when I see 410 I will drive over and we will line em up!!!

I don't understand why you're running rich because of the pump. If the pumps out of fuel, it's out of fuel. There's no way around that. The only thing you're doing is running it out of fuel quicker.

You're not going speed density unless you have the ability to change the PCM with something like HPTuners 2bar SD tuning or something. Boost needs the map unless you can extend the VE table on.

We are not running rich because of the pump. Maybe I stated it wrong. We richened the mix in HP tuners because we think we are getting lean up top. We are getting a LC-1 to look at it a little closer. BTW, I am getting a larger intank pump and when we get the Enhanced USB I/O cable I paid for a couple months ago we can go to a speed density tune and yes a 2bar MAP.
