Default 108LSA cam running on stock tune

IDLE VIDEO : http://media.putfile.com/214-cam

Just got finished installing a cam in my truck.
Specs: 214/212 .600''/.571'' 108LSA

Haven't even started dicking around with the tune yet. Taking it to a buddies house tomorrow to mess with it. He has that Moat's controller with the real time tuning.... Try and get it dialed in.

On the crank up, you have to give it some throttle to keep it from dying. As soon as it comes to life, I can let off the throttle and let it idle. It's idling at about 750 in gear and 900 in Park. Drove it around and it did fine. No loss of power as far as cruising goes. Actually feels a bit snappier off idle but once you roll into it, about the same.

I'll get some videos up tomorrow.

Bout damn time Kyle. My cam is very similar to that I have noticed that with my truck as well as far as the midrange. I have yet to run a 93 octane tune and install my gears but im hoping to get rid of my midrange lull.
How does it sound? My lope is barely noticeable.

Why run such a narrow LSA on a small cam ?? It seems to me that by the time you've reached an RPM that takes advantage of the narrower LSA you've run out of cam....
