Exclamation 1 3/4 or 1 7/8

Hi there guys i have an 09 denali.. i have my 1 3/4 + cats in my garage.. and i have a chance of upgrading it to 1 7/8 + cats with no charges... ill be doing a H/C a week after the installation of the headers.. i called nick @ ARH and said that it could support up to 500hp ill be expecting around 400-430... so is the upgrade worth it?

regards
