Default 08 Silverado 2500hd clogged cat

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum and am hoping to get some help. I have a 2008 Silverado 2500HD Crew Cab 4x4 with the 6.0 liter. I attached a picture, but I don't know if it will show up properly. Anyways, here is my issue: The previous owner did a solid front axle conversion. The problem now is that I am getting a check engine light with a 420 code. In order to make room for the new front drive shaft, and to prevent it from rubbing the catalytic converter, he put a huge dent in it. I just installed a Bully Dog Tune on the truck and now it is popping the code every 20-30 miles or so. I know a clogged Cat can be a huge problem. I am in Ohio and am not worried about emissions tests, does anyone know how to bypass the cats? I know this is probably not the most responsible option, but I am only honestly worried about performance and also, not destroying my engine due to high back pressure. any advise would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

if your talking about the rear cats yes they can be removed with a tune but not a hand held tuner
