A friend of mine wants my pacesetter for his 3500 hd HE wants to know if the 99-06 will fit his 3500hd 6.0 without any problems and its the pacesetter with the ORY

Probably. I haven't heard of anyone with these on a 3500, they can fit a 2500 with a small dent to clear part of the 4l80e.
