whats done to the moter that make this truck special? i have never seen oneup here in ny.

 

supercharger of some sort...some have it and some don't i believe

 

4.8l with radix and a t-56

 

Depends on what motor it has. 4.8=blower. 5.3=no blower.

 

Lets go with the 5.3L is there any internal part, cam,bord over. anything like that?
Or is it just a bunch of shinny parts that cost a lot of money?

There were 5.3 and 4.8 trucks with the superchargers. Most of them were stock with blowers and corsa exhause. Other than that, there were NO other performance mods done to the truck.

 

you get it without the blower first then i think if you want it you have to tell the dealership and they have some kind of techs come and install it. dont quote me on any of that but im pretty sure thats the way it goes.

 

I thought they only put the Radix on the manual trucks.

 

No, you could get the charger on the 5.3 and
the auto trans. Also included much better brakes.
Mine has had some suspension mods to improve handling
but I purchased it used so can't be sure the mods were
stock or not.
