You have a fax #? I can send over the 3 invoices I have for this "repair" so far. I am waiting to replace. You can show your dealer what I have and raise a big ol BS flag over his head.

You can PM me with the number if you want.

Got the PM, replied. Will send it over to you ASAP, might be Monday before I can get them faxed over. Should help you out. Hell, if that dont cinch it up at your dealer you can call me and I will refer you to a local guy here (Mazzei Pontiac / GMC) that is the service manager and I think he will be fine with cling in your techs over there that they are incorrect.

Heck, call him and see -

Mazzei - http://www.mazzeiauto.com/index.asp

Service managers name is Roger. Straight guy.

Just another avenue.

I have the same clucking sound too.. damn shaft

In addition to that I also get a real bad vibration through the entire truck................spoke to a friend thats a mechanic at the local dealership he said its common, there is some hole that needs to be drilled out a little bit bigger cuz there's a suspension screw that rubs when in a tight turn. He didn't tell me what screw it was exactly. Anybody heard this or is he just BSing?

I guess I'm the lucky one so far. My truck doesn't have a clunk in the steering, and I hope it stays that way.
