03 6L w/ Iron Heads???

Default 03 6L w/ Iron Heads???
Haven't been in the truck section in a while, so maybe I missed something??
My cousin just picked up a 03 Crewcab 1500HD 4wd. I was lookin around and saw that it had iron heads... WTF? thought the 99 2500s were the only ones to get iron heads...
Any info would be appreciated.... Now to find him an intake, port his TB (anything special I need to do on the electric TB??) and so on...

thats what im beginning to think.

I'm going to take the vin to the service department where i used to work and see if i can pull the entire history on it...
