Default 02 8.1L Wont start! HELP!

Ok, so I ran the tank low on fuel and left it setting a day or two, and I decided to change my DRL bulbs, but they were rusted, so I went into the fuse box and messed with some fuses and pulled the DRL fuse so I could dig around in the socket. Got done, replaced fuse, and now the truck WON'T START! It cranks, and will fire just a little, sometimes it'll start, but just for a second or two, and its reall rough. I checked the fuse box, everthing seems fine. All I can think is the fuel pump is weak or something. I don't have means of checking fuel pressure right now. My Preadator isn't getting any check engine lights. WTF

try tapping the bottom of the tank and if it starts then it means that your fuel pump is toast

if the motor is shot in the pump or is jammed, then tapping it will usually knock it loose. (at least temporarily)

check your relays in the fuse block under the hood. they can come loose which you can wiggle them with the ignition on. also, try to shift to 1st gear and then back into park. if that works then your neutral sensor is bad. my truck has done that twice now since i've had it.
