02 5.3 or 03 5.3?

Default 02 5.3 or 03 5.3?

Which is better?......im still thinking between these two models ... the 02 is True Blue RegCab 30k Miles $14,000 the 03 is Gray Black 60k Miles $17,000 both trucks have 20's and are lower'd already .... please tell me which one will be better i do like the 03 becuase of its locking diff. but will the 02 run as good as an 03?..... still undicided

I'd take the 02 hands down if you mind have the old front end. The 02 and 03 should be at par as far as performance with a slight edge on the 03 but not enough to justify getting the 03. It's nothing we can't fix with HP Tuners anyways. Furthermore with the 02 you are getting a truck with the half the use of the 03 for 3,000 less. This sounds like a much better deal to me.
You can use those $3,000 in mods and the 03 will looking at your tailights all day long for the same amount of money....

definently the 02, like the others said. the frontend is better anyways. personally ive either riden in or owned all the years, and i think the 02s are the fastest

I've owned my '02 since it was brand new. Love it and wouldn't trade it for anything.

I agree with the other 3 people so far. Take the 02 and use the money you save to modify it. IMO the '02 is the better deal, that is unless you happen to like the looks of the '03 better.

Another vote for the 02. I like the headlight assembly better. That's why I bought mine. 60K is also a lot of miles for an 03....

thats also hella cheap for the 02. mine was $18.5 out the door but it was loaded stepside, and from the dealership

I cant believe your even thinking on this one the 02 is a steal, I would be weary though get a car fax if its clean good to go

ya thats what i was saying, the 02 sounds like "too good" of a deal. i bet its been wrecked or something shady
