Welding up the exhaust this weekend, Ive made it back to the cutouts.
Im running true dual 3in mandrel bends right off the collectors all the way to right before the rear passenger tire where it will come out. Im using 2 V-Bands to attach to the headers than another one so that the whole system can drop out without cutting or removing crossmemeber. It was very tricky to get it to be able to do this but I'm glad that it can as it seems like I will never be done tinkering with my truck. I'm going to finish burning this up than drop the system out and send it to the ceramic coaters to make it look good and help keep some heat in.

Looking good i'm doing the same thing ,,, 3" x pipe just like urs and a 18" dual inlet/ dual outlet 3" Magnaflow with long tubes all 3 in pipe ,,, i'm using my stock cats i may upgrade to high flows down the road.

Yeah I couldn't run the cats anymore and those bullets do a decent job of faking it

No is not done yet i only have pictures of the parts lol i just made some copper gaskets for my long tubes and some . flanges with copper gasket and i just receive my x pipe.last week waiting for the magnaflow to arrive and my stock cats i made it 3 in pipe original is 2.5 i think just for i can get some more.flow i need the cats to pass emission

 

Here are some pictures or the long tubes copper gaskets i did my self and some flanges with copper gaskets and i re-weld a 3" pipe in my cats to replace the 2.25-2.5 stock pipe to allow more flowingj

Well my truck is a extend cab 2001 is bagged so i don't have much room as right now im thinking right in between the cab and the bed for i can listen to my tr220 cam better lol
