changing your exhaust brand from one to the other really isnt going to make any significant difference in low end horse power. if you want power you are going to need to be looking into cam and stall or just a plain torquey cam. Longtube headers basically just read threads and look at people sigs. do you have any other mods besides those listed?

intake and tune will be your cheapest route. dont go hypertech or any of those hand held tuners. A custom tune will be your best bang for your buck.

What size axle do you have? You can get a 4:10 installed for about $600, that will help tremendously.

gears and LSD, cold air intake, custom tune, catback exhaust,

changing the muffler will give you little to no gains but a magnaflow will flow better than flowmaster and mufflers are mostly for sound

with just a tune you could probably beat 04 silverado

since you already have a kand n drop in take out your factory airbox and cut a 3" hole in the bottom in it

after all that get a stall and cam
