Can someone please give me a list of where the Zerk fittings are so I can learn to lube the truck?

I've searched threads, but nothing reveals a list. Not even the Haynes "Bible" shows they're location.

you are 2wd, so upper and lower ball joints on both sides, and tie rod ends, and thats it. factory. I have sway bars that have 8 extra zerk fittings.
