Default Yank SS3600 in a truck??

Hey I found a good deal on a Yank SS 3600 stall converter and was wondering if the SS would work well in a truck since its designed for a car? Is the SS version a lot looser the the SST? BTW Im in a 03' RCSB weighs around 4200 lbs. Thanks

I rolled with a ss4000 in a crew cab for a while and loved it. It performed great. that converter will hit hard and have a great shift extension.
