Default would a 275/45r20 tire look too small?

I'm about to order tires this week and I'd like something a little smaller than the 285/50's that's on it now. The truck is a stock height ecsb 2wd. I have 2" shackles but not installed. So would a 275/45 look out of place and if so what size tire would you recommend or what drop would make that tire size look good? Thanks

A 275 is still a 30'' tire. It will possibly look a touch small on a stock height truck, but as soon as your drop it a few inches it will look great. The 285 is a big bulky looking tire on a lowered truck IMO.

ive Owned couple sets.... I love the 295/45s as far as weight and peepyness. But 285/50s just got old and alot to turn them. The 295/45s are wide so looks bulky on a 8.5" rim.... Right now Im runing some 265/50/20s

you may want to look into 265/50/20

I think they look too small, but that's just my opinion. I went with 285/50R20 to fill up the gaps. Mine is 2/4 drop.

Way too small IMO. I run those same tires at 4/7.
