i was in a buddys truck last night helping him set shift points in his tune, while we were WOT on the 1-2 shift something "popped" and we let off, got back on it and it was in 4th gear, and we made it home, killed it and started back up and put it in drive and it wont do anything, if you put it in 1 it will take off fine and go through all the gears fine if you shift it manually, but it will not shift itself at all, upshift or downshift.

ive never seen this before, anyone got any ideas???

and the fluid level is good and the fluid is still red

and the speedo still works...
