Post Wierd ringing noise?

I have a ringing noise that comes from my trucks front suspension. My guess is something is wearing out or something is loose. The noise seems to come somewhere from my wheels whenever I drive over uneven or bumpy road conditions. Maybe bushings are going bad. I have an 04 silverado, never had anything done to it other than replace the inner tie rods and front shocks back in October of 09. Would love to hear any suggestions on what it could be?

My factory Z71 upper shock bushings used to squeak when I hit bumps...it could be a lot of things. Can you reproduce the noise by jouncing the front suspension or jacking up the front wheels and hitting things with a rubber mallet? Could be a worn bushing, loose brake pad hardware, even something rubbing under the hood.
