Any tips for me? How long did it take you?

Looks like I'll be ordering one of these?

i watched joe at jag performance do mine for the most part. go by the directions step by step. read everything first. if you dont want it to snap your neck do not go above 96 on the holes. i think all of mine are 96. if you decide to put in the command shift be sure to drill out the hole in the circuit #42 in the control valve. and there are instructions on how to drill everything on the valve itself as well. good luck. and oh yay. torque everything.

i did mine, it took awhile but wasn't too hard. i had to take a tv/vcr out to the garage. most of the detailed instructions were on the tape. i think it took me most of the day, like 6+hours but i was real carefull and took my time.

I'm going to take mine to a tranny shop to get it installed--I've been quoted about $250-300 for the install.

I would also suggest getting the Trans-Go separator plate. 80-e's are known for having weak separator plates, and the TG piece is less than $20. Safe insurance as far as I'm concerned!!

Go for it, its not hard. Just follow the instructions... I had mine done at the same time it was out for the broken case. But I did the kit on my vette with no issues. Its one of the best mods you can do IMO.
