ART CARR has two different versions, one They use the GM conveter (so it keeps the tow rateings., and there smaller dia, wich is the one I have and would not recomend unless you never plan on towing anything, although I've got my trans tables set-up to were it doesn't do to bad any more.

TCI Makes a model or two for 4L80's.
As for the Yank's, granted they are pricy but alot of them use billet materials in their case and rarely are mentioned. My PT3200 is billet/6Lug and was worth every penny in my opinion.

I like mine as I said....looking at Hughes' web site, the 25-20L says it's a 2000 stall. They have a 25-25L that's supposed to be a 2500, I imagine with that one I'd probably be able to get 3500 out of it. It has been great for towing so far, and I think that once I pull my tranny fluid line out of the radiator (or fix the overheating problem) my temps will drop and remain in a very good position. I'll have to check that out and get back, if you're interested.

I got the Hughes Heavy Duty Towing converter, it is supposed to stall around 2200. So far so good, I havent tried getting on it too much since it was installed yesterday.
