sorry, I've got no relative input, but I'm definitely interested to hear the responses as I'm in the market for a built trans right now too.

I assume we're talking about FLT's Level 7 4L60e series transmission?

I have one....I think one of the first ones.

I've got a level 6, which is what they call their 4l60e with a 300mm out put but not 300mm input and I'm running very low 12's so far with a 4600 lbs truck.

I don’t know how much different it is from a true Level 7, but I have had my Level 5 installed since the latter part of 2006. Mine is the Level 5 with the optional billet shafts, Sonnax Super Hold 2nd Servo and vacuum modulated. I say they can hold up very well, as I have never had so much as a minute’s issue. Definitely a recommended purchase!

I have something like ~20K miles on it and a number of low 11 second passes. I launch very hard and my shifts are very firm and quick. The FLT transmission has performed flawlessly.
