You'll have to figure that out to be honest.
They are going to be rubber band tires with 26's. Even a small pot hole or something like that could bulge a tire or dent the rim. Likely the tire will have to be around 30-31in tall. Your stock tires are basically 33's, which is way too big. I had 275/55/20's (32in tires) on a 2/4 drop and my front tires rubbed at full lock on a older body style truck.
I'd go less of a drop to avoid headaches. Plus it will cost you less and you won't have to cut your brand new frame to install a C-notch. But this is just my opinion here, no way I'd spend huge dollars on 26in rims, that's $4,000 that could be spend elsewhere.

That's all up to you man. I was just saying that large rims will run very small sidewall tires, which means they will be more prone to tire/rim damage.
You will have to decide on how you want the truck to look and handle as well make it fit your budget if you have one.
