Default What torque converter

I will soon have a full bolt-on 5.3. I would like to know what kind of converter. And what stall?

If stock cam, look at 2600 to 3000 range.

Was sure I responded to this thread already? I don't even drink....?

Your choice of torque converter should be matched to a cam. If you plan on staying with the stock or small cam then a Yank TT2600-TT3000 will do just fine.

There is a ton of info in the sticky's, before you make a purchase I suggest you read as much as you can and make a soul search before deciding on the converter. I went thru two converters before i chose the one I have now, $$ adds up!
