built mine 6 times with 2 sets of yukon gears talking back and forth with RANDY'S tech and with every adjustment we maid the noise never changed

i had 2 bad yukon gears sets that maid the same identical noise
under eceleration and deceleration

all the noise stopped when i put OEM and i set it up the same way as all the other one just with tighter backlash

i suggest getting your gears from some place other than RANDY'S because they did not want 2 stand behind there product
