Default What fails?

Well from what I've learned here, the 60E doesn't last too long behind built motors and 6.0 swaps...unless it's an FLT level 5 of course But what actually smokes? Do clutches just burn up, or is there something else that breaks? Are there a couple of different scenarios that are common?

I've heard input and output shafts can break. I've smoked a couple clutch packs in my time so far. one behind a 4.3L
