Default What exactly needed to install gears?

I ordered a kit which I thought would have everthing I need in it. It came with the pinion bearings, nut, seal but no shims. The picture showed shims in it but did not come in box. The part# was 13069 (yukon) , Is all I need is the shims? If so anybody know where to get parts locally in HOUSTON . thanks

That's just a pinion kit...

I'm sure you can probably go get shims locally from a 4WD or drivetrain shop....hell, they may just give 'em away.

Just FYI, most installers advise to get new ring gear bolts also....
