What to do? no traction

This would cause the tires to stick out some i believe.
Centerline can however build you a rim to fit accordingly but dont expect to pay
"overstock" pricing!

20x8.5 on a 5.0 BS
I guess i could give em a call and ask if they would work or not.

The section width is pretty much the measurement of the sidewall's width.

Any thoughts on a ladder bar/lift bar to supplement the existing leafs to prevent wheel hop and anti squat??

I too struggle with traction. I will have the hoosiers referenced above the next time I head down the track. Since I removed my overload, I now have some wheel hop and was considering a ladder bar.

There are some pros/cons though.
Pros: Weight reduction, ladder bars weigh less than leafs.
No wheel hop
Adjustable
Wider wheels can be used
Cons: Harsher ride
Fuel cell would be needed.

I was talking about using a ladder bar in conjunction with the leafs. Do the same pros'cons still apply?

I'd really like to know how to hook too. I see no reason in trying to make more power if all I can muster is a 2.0 60ft.
It doesn't seem there are many 2wd EC trucks cutting good 60's. A quick look at the Fastest Truck List shows ls1 chevy silverado as having the best 2wd EC 60ft at 1.55. ap2002 has a 1.68 60ft with TXsilverardo with a 1.73. Anybody have any details about their setups?

I think they are running Hoosier full slicks which supposedly hook awesome. I wonder if they are running some type of traction bar as well. Hopefully they will chime in.
On a side note, the best 60' I have gotten is a 1.80.
