I dont see Cal-Tracs doing anything for you since you have zero wheel hop.
I would leave your suspension alone and focus on getting a tire that will work,
you have had enough trouble getting rid of the vibration.

If you are looking for a dual use tire (street/track)
http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku
Your current tread width is a little over 8 inches with those et streets
The above Drag radial will give you more surface area for traction.

If for a track only tire get the Hoosier slicks.

What wheels should i get to run the hoosiers? Arn't the stockers a little to small and you can normally get better traction from a little wider rim?
Anybody running aftermarket rims on the hooisers?

my guess is once you get some slicks and actually start grabbing the road the hop will come, oh and your 60's are bad but your pulling up top. get some good slicks!

Caltracs IMO does not help with weight transfer.
Stock wheels will work fine with the Hoosiers.

When you start looking into different wheel combos you will find it hard to get a wheel with the appropriate backspacing to keep the tire inside the inner fender.
You can find the wheels but the are $$$.
Bogart makes some!

My truck will be down a few weeks for the build etc.
Feel free to use mine to see if they are right for you.

If AP and myself can pull good 60fts with them i dont see you having a problem.
