what is the difference between the 1500 and the 2500HD cab and bed mounts??

As the titles says. Looking to do a body lift on a buddies truck, he has a 2500HD with the 8.1, would a body lift from a 1500 work on a his truck?

It should! Call the dealer and ask if theres difference n the body monuts. All they have todo is check the part number and if there the same then the parts r the same!
