Default What converter to go with

I have a 2001 silverado 5.3 with procharger 8-9 psi. Looking into getting a higher stall converter 2800-3000 stall. What do you guys recommend?
I would like to still be able to tow with it. Also, how much did this reduce you 1/4 mile times and How much $ will it set me back. Thanks for any info.

Get the 3000 stall. Procharger needs it for the rpm range of the blower. Since they make there power a little higher than a roots style. How much do you tow?

3K isnt going to like towing anything substantial and you will need a LARGE trans cooler.
