Default What caused this?

Okay well I just wanted to post this on here to see if anyone has had this
Problem. To start off I have a completely stock 4l60e that I was just going to do a corvette servo. Well I installed it and something went wrong i don't know what I did wrong but it would not shift from 1-2 it was going straight to 3rd so I took it out made sure everything was alright and put new seals and everything and it still did the same thing. So after talking to people there saying the band moved and you need to move it so the servo pin sets in there and applies on the drum. So I I tried doing that and no luck. So it ended up with me having to remove the transmission and found out that the 2-4 band burnt up, the drum was scarred and looking further the 3-4 clutch pack was burnt up too. Has anyone heard of this happening just from a vette servo?
