A lot of hate for some reason on this forum for Performabuilt with really nothing to back it up. There seem to be several quite happy here with their performabuilt, running quite a bit of power too.

I dont have hate for any I just know I can have the same tranny built by friends who have built street cars/trucks all of their lives with the exact same parts for half the price as either of those.

I dont think theres any hate towards one company or the other, I think they both have great products, and people tend to back up whatever they decide to purchase

I agree. seems they are always placed as underdogs with no real reason

there are reasons....one of which is they came to the forum long after FLT has established themselves as a quality manufacurer of built transmissions for our heavy pigs.
