I agree there are SOOO many variables.

That being said, if you pay attention to a truck that has a somewhat similar weight and drivetrain set up then you will have a better idea. For instance, a 9.5" 3600 in a 2wd single cab with a 60e drives damn near my 10.5" 2800 does in the heavy awd crew cab with an 80e.

In any event... I guess I'll start. Specs in my sig. I have no normal driving but here is WOT. I need to take one of normal driving for reference.

Dodge Ram:

Circle D 3000 11"

Daily Driver - 10/10 (Felt almost stock under light/moderate throttle, excellent daily driver stall.)

Towing - 8/10 (builds a bit more heat but will tow fine)

Shift Recovery - 4200 with a 6200 shift.

Circle D 258 mm 3400 Single Disk

Daily Driver - 6/10 (a bit loose driving but didn't take much of a learning curve to get use to, needs a larger cooler)

Towing - 4/10 (a bit loose to tow well but will tow light loads with a large cooler)

Shift Recovery - 4500 with a 6200 shift.

Pro Edge 4000 9/11

Daily Driver - 4/10 (feels loose but will daily drive fine with a large cooler and a learning curve, didn't take much to flash the converter)

Towing - 0/10 (to loose to tow will build way to much heat)

Shift Recovery - 5000 with a 6200 shift.

GMC Sierra:

Street Edge 2600 9.5"

Daily Driver - 8/10 (felt a bit loose under its stall speed, but being a smaller stall speed it daily drove fine with little getting use to)

Towing - 0/10 (not enough clutch surface)

Shift Recovery - 4500 with a 6200 shift.

Circle D 278mm 3200

To be announced...

TCS S3 4600

To be announced...

Okay that was pretty fast for a crew cab, are you sure that was on 10lbs? haha This brings a question to mind, your rpms are only dropping to 4800-5000. Is this mainly due to the shorter 1st gear of the 80e, your tuning, the converter itself...all three variables? Very interested in seeing how it daily drives, b/c most single cabs with around a 3600-4000 stall like you mentioned lol shifts and drops the rpms like that.

Holy stall speed batman!

Why such a large stall on a smaller cam?
