the truck will be the end of me i swear, i have a killer vibration at low speeds and high speeds doesnt smooth out untill around 80-85 then its smooth as silk. i racked it at work a few weeks ago found tie rod ends failing inner and outer replaced them all along with all new bushings in the uppers and lowers and realigned truck with hunter laser setup(i work for audi) but vibrations is all still there thinking it maybe in the axles ran it without brakes on the rack and noticed slight deformation on both sides side to side up and down while rotating at 25mph, rebalanced tires and wheels and tried my factory tires and wheels. anybody else having this problem

I'd replace the steering rack bushings, sounds like you've
