I know I need to replace my stock leafs , they are worn out and completely flat almost. They flex a lot on takeoff . I checked the i joints saturday and greased em, they were good. It's like a Shutter, from dead stop very noticeable , . Is there something in the G80 that could cause the shutter?

Well honestly I do not know what a G80 is. If that is the rear axle, then if it has a locker stye center section it could be slipping when you accelerate moderately from a stop, but I doubt that's the issue here.
Take a picture of the rear pinion with the driveshaft installed and post it here.

I'll take a pic tomm. The g80 is evrear factory locker. Also, lets say it is my pinion angle, I'm sure it would make it do it on take off, but would it make it do the same thing between 40-55 Mph?

Driveline vibrations are easily agravated with rpm. So yeah I can see it coming in and out depending on road speed.
One thing to do would be to have the rear wheels off the ground and rotate them by hand. You may feel a tight spot or may actually hear what your looking for. Use jack stands under the axle to simiulate ride height and driveline angles.
