Factory blemish's are known, pull the brakes off and spin the axle and check it with a dial indicator.

How about pinion angle or U-Joints?

vibrations suck!! i finally got rid of mine, and it was all improper wheel balancing, but i also have a tie rod end, it could be any of the following
1. wheel balancing
2.pinion angle and u joints (as suggested)
3. bent axle flange, or excessive runout
4.tie rod ends
5.wheel bearings failing, im sure theres more, but these where the top 5 suggested to me, good luck
