Van drivetrain in OBS

Van drivetrain in OBS
My buddy has an early 2000's van with a 4l80e and 14 bolt rear, going by what he says I havent checked it, and said he would sell it to me for pretty cheap. Could I put this into my obs? With it being 2wd could the trans be modified for my 4wd? I would be using a 5.3 or 6.0 with it as well
