Default Using SS alignment specs

I have a tendency to corner too fast and feather the edges of the tires. I read somewhere that using the alignment specs from the SS would reduce this because the camber is better (not real sure what the alignment terms mean). Anyone done this or know anything about it?

I am running SS specs for caster, 0 degrees tow, and maxed out the negative camber of the SS alignment Spec.

Tire wear has been good and the truck seems to work pretty good at the autocross with my other mods.

Yes! That's the one I saw...couldn't find the link again. You think it would help out my feathering problem? I'm obviously not gonna autocross my truck, but I don't like the edges rolling over either.

Thanks... I need an editor for my internet posts.

Stock and off road tires seem to feather more under agressive driving, my stock tires have taken a beating.

The Kuhmos have held up suprisingly well so far.

I understand why the taller ones roll the edges over easier, so that makes sense. I can see it when the truck is sitting flat though, the front tires are not even with the rears, in the sense that the tops of the front tires seem further apart that the bottoms. I will check and see if I can have the SS alignment done next time I take it in. Thanks for the info.

i am using SS specs on my truck. it drove really good when it was droped 1/2. after i did the 3/4 drop i couldn't get the left camber within spec. its out -0.3*. everything else is right on though. it still drives great but have to wait on tire wear issues because i just did it 2 weeks ago.
