Can the upper balljoint be pressed out or does the whole control arm need to be replaced? 2000 Silverado 2wd 2/4 drop

It can be pressed out, I just did mine a few weeks ago

The entire control arm is only a few bucks more, and it comes with new bushings and ball joint.
